Privacy Policy
Last updated: 9 October 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Cardzo Entertainment LLP (“Cardzo”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses and protects personal data when you visit cardzo.co.in or contact us. We are the data controller (“data fiduciary” under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023) for the personal data described below.
Who we are: Cardzo Entertainment LLP, a limited liability partnership registered in India (LLPIN: ACI-2549). Registered office: No. 4/14th Street, Brodipet, Guntur, Andhra Pradesh 522002, India. Email: hello@cardzo.co.in.
1. What we collect
- Contact and quote requests: your name, email, company, country, the topic you choose, project details, budget, timeline and your message.
- Testimonials: your name, email, role, company, country, rating, testimonial text and optional LinkedIn/website link.
- Job applications: your name, email, phone, location, role, experience, availability, links, CV file and cover note.
- Emails you send us and our replies.
- Technical data: our hosting provider automatically records standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested and time) for security and reliability.
We do not use advertising or tracking cookies, and the website does not set cookies for analytics. The FAQ assistant on our website (Byte) runs entirely in your browser and does not store or send what you click. Full details are in our Cookie Policy.
2. How we use your data
- To reply to your enquiry, prepare quotes and proposals, and deliver services you request.
- To review and, with your explicit consent, publish your testimonial (name, role, company, country, rating and text — never your email).
- To assess job applications for current and future roles.
- To keep our website secure and working properly.
- To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.
Our legal bases are your consent (which you give when submitting a form), steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, our legitimate interest in running a secure website, and legal obligations. We never sell your personal data or use it for automated decisions about you.
3. Who we share it with
- GoDaddy (website hosting and domain), Cloudflare (security, encryption and content delivery for the website), and Titan (our business email, provided through GoDaddy).
- Professional advisers or authorities where required by law.
These providers process data only on our instructions. Where data is transferred outside India or the European Economic Area, we rely on the provider’s contractual safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) as required by applicable law.
4. How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become projects are kept for up to 24 months and then deleted. Client project records are kept for as long as needed to provide services and for the period required by Indian tax and company law. Published testimonials stay online until you ask us to remove them. Job applications and CVs are kept for up to 12 months so we can consider you for future roles, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
5. Your rights
Depending on where you live (including under India’s DPDP Act 2023, the EU/UK GDPR and similar laws), you can ask to access, correct, update or delete your personal data, withdraw consent at any time (for example, to remove a published testimonial), object to or restrict processing, and request a copy of your data. You can also nominate another person to exercise your rights in the event of death or incapacity, and lodge a complaint with your data protection authority (in India, the Data Protection Board of India).
To exercise any right, email hello@cardzo.co.in with the subject “Privacy request”. We respond within 30 days.
6. Grievance contact
For any privacy question or complaint, contact our Grievance Officer at hello@cardzo.co.in or by post at our registered office above.
7. Security
We use HTTPS encryption across the website, restrict access to personal data to people who need it, and use reputable service providers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your data and will notify you and the relevant authority of any personal data breach as required by law.
8. Children
Our services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above shows the latest version.
