1. Use of the website
You may browse the website and download our free resources for your own business use. You must not misuse the website, attempt to gain unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, or submit unlawful, false or harmful content.
2. Information on the website
Content is provided for general information. We work to keep it accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee that it is complete or suitable for your specific situation. Project descriptions and outcomes describe past work and are not a promise of identical results.
3. Services and quotes
Quotes, proposals and estimates are not binding until both parties sign a written agreement or statement of work. Any services we provide are governed by that agreement, which takes precedence over these terms.
4. Intellectual property
The website’s text, design, illustrations, logo and code belong to Cardzo or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse them without our written permission, except for sharing links or quoting short extracts with attribution. Open-source projects we publish are governed by their own licences.
5. Submissions and testimonials
When you submit an enquiry or testimonial, you confirm that the information is accurate and that you have the right to share it. By ticking the consent box on a testimonial, you grant Cardzo a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to publish it, with your name, role and company, on our website and marketing materials. You can ask us to remove it at any time. We may edit testimonials for length or clarity without changing their meaning, and we decide which testimonials to publish.
6. Third-party links and services
The website may link to third-party websites or use third-party services (such as form processing and hosting). We are not responsible for their content or practices.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website is provided “as is” and Cardzo is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
8. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data submitted through the website.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Guntur, Andhra Pradesh have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights you may have where you live.
